One popular snake in Beijing is the sesame pancake. It’s famous for its nearly twenty inner layers and a crispy outer skin .

Another delicious snack is the glutinous rice cake , which comes from the Hui people.

The other snack is the fried Chinese pancake. This crispy pancake with eggs and green onions is sure to hit the spot.
